- 1 head cabbage
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1 chopped onion
- 3/4 c. margarine
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Velveeta cheese
- 1 can mushroom or celery soup
- 1 c. bread crumbs or cracker crumbs
Directions

1Cook chopped cabbage in salt water until tender.

2Saute onion in butter.

3Add cheese.

4Drain cabbage and add soup and cheese mixture.

5Put 1/2 in casserole; add 1/2 of crumbs.

6Add rest of cabbage and then sprinkle remaining crumbs over top.

7Bake at 350° for 20 to 30 minutes.
