Cabbage Casserole

  • 1 medium head cabbage, chopped into bite-size pieces
  • 1 pound bulk pork sausage or corned beef, or a combination of both
  • 1 quart white potatoes, diced
  • 1 small onion, chopped (optional)
  • Salt and pepper to taste
  • 1/4 C. water

Directions

    In a large bowl, combine all ingredients except water.

    Put into a baking dish.

    Pour water over top, cover, and bake at 375 degrees until soft, approximately 1 1/2 hours.
