- 1 lb. ground meat
- 1 medium onion, chopped
- 1 small bell pepper, chopped
- 2 or 3 sticks celery, chopped
- 1 c. uncooked rice
- 1 c. water
- 1 can stewed tomatoes
- 1 can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- cabbage
- season to taste
Directions

1Rinse cabbage, cut up in small pieces and place raw pieces in 13 x 9-inch cake pan (1-inch thick layer).

2Saute onion, bell pepper and celery until tender; add meat and cook until brown or no longer pink in color.

3Add the rest of the ingredients to meat. Stir it well and spread it evenly on top of the raw cabbage.

4Cover with aluminum foil.

5Bake at 350° for 30 minutes.

6Take out, stir it up well again and spread it evenly.

7Put it back in oven and bake another 30 minutes.
