Cabbage Casserole

- 1 head cabbage
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 diced green pepper
- 1 can tomatoes
Directions

1Mix sausage, cooked rice and pepper together. Take outside leaves off cabbage and cook 1 minute.

2Lay cabbage leaves in bottom of casserole dish. Spoon meat mixture on leaves. Shred rest of the cabbage and put on top of meat mixture.

3Top with can of tomatoes and bake at 350° until hot and bubbly, 45 to 60 minutes.
