- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1/2 c. chopped celery
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1 c. Minute rice
- 5 c. chopped cabbage
- 1 can cream of mushroom soup
- 1 c. milk
- 1/2 c. American cheese
- 1/2 c. Swiss cheese
Directions

1Brown beef; drain.

2Add celery, onion and rice.

3Let simmer until tender, stirring occasionally.

4Boil cabbage for 5 minutes. Drain and set aside.

5Mix mushroom soup and meat mixture together with the milk.

6In a 13 x 9-inch pan, spread cabbage on bottom. Then spread the mushroom mixture over cabbage.

7Bake in a 350° oven for 25 minutes with a lid over it, then remove lid, add cheese and bake for 15 minutes more or until cheese is melted.
