- 1 lb. Polish sausage, cut in 1-inch pieces
- 2 c. sliced carrots
- 1/4 tsp. caraway seed
- 2 Tbsp. butter
- 2 cans cream of celery soup
- 1 soup can milk
- 1 soup can water
- 3 c. cabbage, cut in long thin strips
Directions

1In a large heavy pan, brown sausage and cook carrots with caraway seed in butter until tender.

4Reduce heat and cook until cabbage is tender, about 1/2 hour, stirring often.
