- 100 grams Cabbage
- 2 Wiener sausages
- 2 Consomme cubes
- 1 tsp Margarine (butter)
- 1 tsp Whole grain mustard
- 1 dash Coarsely ground black pepper
Directions

1Chop the cabbage and slice the sausages diagonally.

2Melt margarine in a pan and cook the sausages.

3Add the cabbage and cook until they start to char.

4Add 600 ml of water and consomme cubes and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then add the mustard and ground black pepper.

5Today's breakfast is yuzu jam toast.
