  • 100 grams Cabbage
  • 2 Wiener sausages
  • 2 Consomme cubes
  • 1 tsp Margarine (butter)
  • 1 tsp Whole grain mustard
  • 1 dash Coarsely ground black pepper

    Chop the cabbage and slice the sausages diagonally.

    Melt margarine in a pan and cook the sausages.

    Add the cabbage and cook until they start to char.

    Add 600 ml of water and consomme cubes and cook over medium heat for about 5 minutes, then add the mustard and ground black pepper.
