- 1 cabbage head
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 green pepper, chopped
- 1 (8 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
- 1 onion, chopped
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 can Cheddar cheese soup
- 1/2 c. water
- 1 (12 oz.) stewed tomatoes
Directions

1In large skillet, brown meat.

2Chop cabbage to bite-size pieces.

3Mix together meat, cabbage, tomatoes, salt, pepper, onions, soup and water.

4Cover and simmer for 45 minutes to 1 hour.

5Stir occasionally.

6Serve with corn bread.
