- 1 c. chopped bell pepper
- 1 c. thinly chopped celery
- 2 c. diced tomatoes (fresh or canned)
- 1 qt. shredded cabbage
- 1 1/2 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Melt butter in 10 or 12-inch skillet; add all ingredients and mix well. Cover and cook until vegetables are tender (approximately 10 minutes), stirring occasionally. Do not overcook. Serves 8.
