  • 1 (18 ounce) box chocolate cake mix
  • 1 (8 ounce) carton sour cream
  • 4 eggs
  • 3/4 cup oil
  • 1 (3 1/2 ounce) box instant chocolate pudding mix
  • 1 cup chopped pecans
  • 1/4 teaspoon vanilla

Directions

    Prepare sides and bottom of slow cooker with vegetable cooking spray.

    In a large bowl, mix all the ingredients listed above, and slowly pour into slow cooker.

    Cover and cook on low for 6-8 hours.

    Serve hot or warm with vanilla ice cream.
