- 1 lb. hot bulk pork sausage
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes, chopped
- 1 (6 oz.) can tomato paste
- 2 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. chili powder
- 1/4 tsp. dried crushed red pepper
- 10 c. shredded cabbage
Directions

1In a large kettle, brown sausage, ground beef and onions. Drain off all the fat.

2Add remaining ingredients, except cabbage; mix well.

3Stir in cabbage; simmer for 30 minutes, or until cabbage is tender.

4Yields 10 to 12 servings.
