- 1/10 Cabbage
- 1/2 tsp Salt
- 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
- 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
- 1 few drops Soy sauce
Directions

1Boil cabbage and rinse in water to cool.

2Squeeze out excess water and julienne into 5 mm.

3In a bowl, toss the cabbage and the ingredients.

4Mix with the cooked rice and shape into triangles.
