  • 1 around 2 bowls worth Freshly cooked rice
  • 1/10 Cabbage
  • 1/2 tsp Salt
  • 1/2 tsp Sesame oil
  • 1 tbsp Sesame seeds
  • 1 few drops Soy sauce

Directions

    Boil cabbage and rinse in water to cool.

    Squeeze out excess water and julienne into 5 mm.

    In a bowl, toss the cabbage and the ingredients.

    Mix with the cooked rice and shape into triangles.
