  • 1 can cream of mushroom soup
  • 1 can cream of celery soup
  • 8 oz. tomato juice
  • 1 pkg. Lipton onion soup mix
  • 2 lb. stew meat
  • potatoes
  • onions
  • carrots
  • celery

Directions

    Combine first four ingredients in a saucepan.

    In roaster, put meat in bottom.
  3. 3
    Spread vegetables over meat.
  4. 4
    Pour combined soups over top.
  5. 5
    Cover and bake at 275° for five hours.

    Never have to look at it.

    Do not stir.

    Mix after stew comes out of oven.

    May use other vegetables, too.
