Cabbage Roll Casserole

Ingredients

  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 tsp. salt and pepper
  • 1 Tbsp. Worcestershire sauce
  • 1 chopped onion
  • 4 Tbsp. Minute rice
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 4 or 5 c. lightly cooked cabbage
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. grated cheese

Directions

    Brown ground beef, salt, pepper, Worcestershire sauce and onion; drain.

    Add Minute rice, tomato soup and water.

    Place cabbage in bottom of casserole dish.

    Top with meat mixture.

    Bake in 325° oven for 1 1/2 to 2 hours.

    Add grated cheese on top the last 1/2 hour of baking.
