  • 1 head cabbage, cut in bite-size pieces
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 c. rice (instant)
  • 1 can tomato soup
  • 1 can water
  • 1 lb. sausage, cooked and drained
  • 1 can sauerkraut (small)

Directions

    Fry sausage and drain.

    In a medium casserole dish, place cabbage, onion, rice, soup, water and sauerkraut.

    Mix well.

    Add sausage.

    Bake at 400° for 20 minutes without lid.

    Reduce oven to 350° for 1 hour.

    Let stand 10 minutes and serve.
