- 1 small cabbage
- 1 1/2 lb. ground turkey
- salt and pepper to taste
- garlic powder to taste
- 1/3 c. uncooked rice
- 1 (8 oz.) can tomato sauce
- 1 1/2 c. water
- 1 lb. sauerkraut
- 1 small onion, diced
Directions

1Chop cabbage into bite-size pieces and place in the bottom of a 13 x 9-inch casserole dish.

2Brown meat; drain.

3Add salt, pepper and onion.

4Sprinkle in uncooked rice.

5Place meat mixture over cabbage and cover with sauerkraut, tomato sauce and water. Bake, uncovered, in a 350° oven for 20 minutes.

6Cover and bake 1 hour longer.
