- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1 medium cabbage head
- 2 c. rice
- 2 chopped onions
- salt and pepper to taste
Directions

1Cook cabbage for 20 minutes.

2Boil cabbage slightly.

3Cook rice slightly.

4Mix beef, onions, rice, salt and pepper.

5Wrap all ingredients into cabbage leaves.

6Put in cooker and cover with tomato juice.

7Cook for 20 minutes.
