- 1 large cabbage head
- 1 1/2 lb. ground chuck
- 1/2 lb. ground pork
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 clove garlic, minced
- 1/2 c. uncooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1/3 c. tomato sauce
- 4 Tbsp. chopped fresh parsley
- 1/4 c. Parmesan cheese
- salt and pepper
Directions

1Core and parboil cabbage, head down, for 10 to 15 minutes, covered in 2 cups salted water.

2Remove and cool; separate leaves. Mix remaining ingredients together until well blended.

3On each cabbage leaf, place one tablespoon meat filling.

4Roll loosely, folding in sides as you roll.
