- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 tsp. black pepper
- 1 tsp. salt
- 2 Tbsp. chopped onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 2 eggs
- 1 (10 1/2 oz.) can tomato soup
- 3/4 c. water
Directions

1Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves.

2Let stand 5 minutes; drain.

3Brown meat and season with salt and pepper.

4Add onions, rice and eggs.

5Roll a portion of filling into each leaf and fasten ends with a toothpick.

6Place the cabbage rolls in a baking dish.

7Pour soup and water over rolls.

8Cover and cook 45 minutes in 350° oven.
