- 1 large head cabbage
- 1 egg
- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1/4 c. onion, finely chopped
- 1/4 c. raw rice
- 1/4 c. milk
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 pkg. goulash seasoning mix
- 1 (1 lb.) can tomatoes
- 2 (8 oz.) cans tomato sauce
Directions

1Separate cabbage leaves and immerse in boiling water for about 1 minute, until softened.

2Beat egg.

3Add ground beef, onion, rice, milk, salt, pepper and 1 teaspoon goulash mix.

4Combine with fork.

5Blend remaining goulash mix, tomatoes and tomato sauce in a saucepan.

6Bring to a boil, reduce heat and simmer 15 to 20 minutes.

7Place about 1 teaspoon meat mixture on cabbage leaf. Roll up securely; place in large, buttered shallow baking dish. Pour tomato mixture over rolls.

8Cover; bake at 350° for 25 to 30 minutes.
