  • 1 lb. ground beef
  • 1 lb. ground pork
  • 1 Tbsp. butter
  • 1 Tbsp. salt
  • 1/2 tsp. black pepper
  • 2 small onions, minced
  • 1 clove garlic, minced
  • 1 c. cooked rice
  • 1 (No. 2) can tomatoes
