- 1 head cabbage
- 2 lb. ground beef
- 1/2 c. cooked rice
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 onion, chopped
- 2 eggs
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Parboil cabbage about 5 minutes or until leaves come off easily.

2Mix ground beef, rice, onion, eggs, salt and pepper. Roll each cabbage leaf with some of the meat mixture.

3May be held together with toothpicks.

4Arrange cabbage rolls, seam side down, in a single layer in lightly greased shallow 3-quart casserole dish.

5Pour sauce over all.

6Bake, covered, for 50 minutes and 10 minutes uncovered at 300°.
