- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1 lb. sausage
- 1 lb. onion, chopped
- 2 c. cooked rice
- 1 can sauerkraut
- 1 medium head cabbage
- spaghetti sauce
Directions

1Brown meats and onion; drain.

2Salt and pepper to taste.

3Core cabbage; steam cabbage a few minutes, just to tenderize leaves. Mix meat, rice and kraut.

4Gently separate cabbage leaves.

5Spoon about 1 tablespoon meat mixture into each leaf.

6Roll up; place in baking dish.

7Cover with spaghetti sauce.

8Bake for 2 to 3 hours at 300°.
