- 1 large head large-leaf cabbage
- 1 chopped onion
- 2 or 3 lb. hamburger
- 1 1/2 c. cooked Minute rice
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Steam cabbage head in a large pot until tender; core cabbage and separate leaves.

2Mix hamburger, rice, onion, salt and pepper to taste.

3Place a handful of hamburger on each cabbage leaf and roll leaf around meat.

4Place cabbage rolls in large roaster and top with tomato sauce.

5Bake in moderate oven, covered, for about 1 hour, or until tender.
