  • 3 lb. ground beef, browned
  • 1 chopped onion
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • 2 heads cabbage
  • 3 eggs
  • 1/2 c. water
  • 1/2 c. rice (per lb. of meat)
  • 1 can tomato soup

Directions

    Mix all ingredients together except cabbage and tomato soup in a large mixing bowl.

    Place cabbage heads in hot water to make leaves wet and easier to handle.

    Separate cabbage leaves and roll mixture up in leaves.

    Place in baking dish.

    Pour tomato soup over top.

    Cover and cook 1 hour at 350°.
