- 3 lb. ground beef, browned
- 1 chopped onion
- salt and pepper to taste
- 2 heads cabbage
- 3 eggs
- 1/2 c. water
- 1/2 c. rice (per lb. of meat)
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Mix all ingredients together except cabbage and tomato soup in a large mixing bowl.

2Place cabbage heads in hot water to make leaves wet and easier to handle.

3Separate cabbage leaves and roll mixture up in leaves.

4Place in baking dish.

5Pour tomato soup over top.

6Cover and cook 1 hour at 350°.
