Ingredients
- 1 medium head cabbage
- 1 lb. hamburger
- 1/4 lb. sausage
- 1 medium chopped potato
- 1 medium chopped onion
- 1/2 c. rice
- 1 medium can kraut
- 1 (64 oz.) can tomato juice
Directions

1For filling, mix hamburger, sausage, onion, potato, rice and kraut all together.

2Set aside.

3Put head of cabbage in boiling water until the leaves are wilted.

4Separate the leaves.

5Put the filling in the leaves, rolling up.

6Pin together with toothpicks. Put rolls in large pot.

7Pour tomato-juice over them.

8Let set overnight.

9Cook 1 to 1 1/2 hours.
