- 1 lb. ground beef
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 large can tomato juice
- 1 large chopped onion
- 1 tsp. oregano
- 1 cabbage head
- 1 large c. sauerkraut
- 1 Tbsp. sugar
Directions

1Brown ground beef and onions.

2Allow to cool.

3Cook cabbage head until tender.

4Combine ground beef, rice, onions and oregano.

5Separate cabbage leaves.

6Roll a small amount of ground beef mixture in the cabbage leaves, pressing leaves in on each end.

7Place in a large slow cooker.

8Pour tomato juice and drained sauerkraut over cabbage rolls.

9Cook on medium for 3 hours.
