- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 lb. hamburger meat
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1/2 c. chopped onion
- 1 slightly beaten egg
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 1 can tomato soup
Directions

1Cook cabbage leaves a few minutes in boiling water and drain. Place remaining ingredients (using only 2 tablespoons soup) mixed together and roll up into the cabbage leaves.

2Place in large saucepan or crock-pot.

3Add remaining soup, pour over cabbage rolls.

4Simmer approximately 40 minutes, lifting occasionally, until done to keep from sticking.

5If the soup gets too thick, you can add a small amount of water.
