- 1 lb. chopped beef
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/4 tsp. pepper
- 2 Tbsp. onion
- 1 c. cooked rice
- 1 egg
- 8 large cabbage leaves
- 1 can tomato soup
- 1 c. water
Directions

1Pour boiling water over cabbage leaves, let stand for 5 minutes.

2Drain.

3Season meat.

4Add onion, rice and eggs.

5Roll a portion of filling into each leaf.

6Fasten ends with toothpicks. Place the cabbage rolls on rack.

7Pour tomato soup and water over cabbage roll.

8Cover and cook.
