- 1 frying chicken
- 2 medium sized onions, quartered
- 1/4 c. butter or other fat
- 3/4 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. paprika
- 1/4 tsp. curry powder
- 1/4 c. catsup
- 1 1/2 c. hot water
- 1 c. rice (uncooked)
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1/4 c. water
Directions

1Wash chicken and dry pieces between towels.

2Saute chicken and onions in fat until chicken is golden brown on all sides.

3Combine salt, paprika, curry powder and catsup.

4Add catsup mixture and hot water to chicken.

5Cover and simmer 30 minutes or until tender.
