- 1 large head cabbage
- 2 lb. ground chuck
- 1 onion
- 1 green pepper
- 1 c. crushed saltines
- 1 c. ketchup
- 1 egg
- 1 can tomato juice
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Steam cabbage in pot for 10 to 15 minutes and carefully separate leaves.

2Mix meat, onion, pepper, saltines, ketchup and egg until well blended.

3Take meat mixture and make 3 inch balls. Wrap in cabbage leaves and arrange in large pot.

4Pour tomato juice and tomato sauce over top.

5Cook on medium 1 1/2 hours.
