- 1 lb. lean beef
- 1 egg
- salt and pepper to taste
- 1 c. Minute rice, cooked
- 1 cabbage head
- 1 can tomato juice
- 1 can tomato sauce
Directions

1Cook rice and add raw beef, egg, salt and pepper.

2Mix well. Core cabbage head and place in boiling water.

3As leaves separate, take them from water.

4Spread out and fill with rice mixture. Roll up and place in baking dish.

5Mix tomato juice and sauce over cabbage rolls.

6Bake until beef is done, 1 to 2 hours, at 350°.
