Ingredients

  • 1 large cabbage head, leaves broken apart and wilted in hot water for 5 minutes
  • 2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 egg
  • 1/2 c. rice
  • 1 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • 1 small onion, chopped
  • 1 can tomato sauce or 2 c. beef bouillon

Directions

    Mix together all ingredients, except cabbage and tomato sauce or bouillon.

    Put about 1/4 cup mixture in each cabbage leaf and roll up.

    Place in freezer, wrapped, in a baking dish.
