- 1 (4.5 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
- 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices, cut in thin strips
- 2 Tbsp. flour
- 1 c. milk
- 3 eggs, beaten
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- dash of nutmeg
- 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained
Directions

1Place biscuits in ungreased 9-inch quiche pan (or 9-inch pie pan), pressing pieces together to form a crust.

2Toss cheese with flour.

3Combine milk, eggs and seasoning.

4Add cheese mixture and spinach; mix well.

5Pour into crust.

6Bake 1 hour at 350°.
