  • 1 (4.5 oz.) can refrigerated buttermilk biscuits
  • 1 (8 oz.) pkg. Swiss cheese slices, cut in thin strips
  • 2 Tbsp. flour
  • 1 c. milk
  • 3 eggs, beaten
  • 1/2 tsp. salt
  • dash of pepper
  • dash of nutmeg
  • 1 (10 oz.) pkg. frozen chopped spinach, cooked and drained

Directions

    Place biscuits in ungreased 9-inch quiche pan (or 9-inch pie pan), pressing pieces together to form a crust.

    Toss cheese with flour.

    Combine milk, eggs and seasoning.

    Add cheese mixture and spinach; mix well.

    Pour into crust.

    Bake 1 hour at 350°.
