Ingredients
- 1 large head cabbage, chopped
- 1 large onion, chopped
- 1 bell pepper, chopped
- 2 large carrots, shredded
- 1 c. sugar, divided
- 1/2 c. vinegar
- 1/2 c. vegetable oil
- 1 Tbsp. Nature's Seasons
Directions

1In a large bowl, layer cabbage, onion, bell pepper and carrots.

2Sprinkle 1/2 cup of sugar over the vegetables; set aside.

3In a saucepan, combine vinegar, remaining 1/2 cup sugar, oil and Nature's Seasons.

4Bring to a boil and boil for 5 minutes. Let cool.

5Pour mixture over vegetables.

6Cover and refrigerate 24 hours.

7Stir well before serving.

8(For a juicier salad, double the amounts of ingredients used in vinegar mixture.)
