  • 1 each cabbage medium head, diced
  • 1 each scallions, spring or green onions bunch, chopped
  • 1 each ramen noodles 3 oz package
  • 1/2 cup almonds blanched, slivered
  • 2 tablespoons sesame seeds toasted
  • 13 cup olive oil
  • 3 teaspoons lemon juice
  • 1 x salt and black pepper to taste

    Combine cabbage and green onions; cover and chill.

    Whisk together the olive oil, lemon juice and ramen noodle seasoning packet.

    Refrigerate until chilled.

    Break ramen noodles into small pieces; combine with toasted almonds and sesame seeds.

    Before serving, combine the cabbage mixture and noodle mixture; add dressing and toss to coat, season with salt and pepper if needed.
