- 2 large green peppers
- 2 red peppers
- 2 large onions
- 2 c. sugar
- 1 c. vinegar
- 1 tsp. celery seed
- 1/2 tsp. turmeric powder
- 1 tsp. salt
- 1/2 tsp. pepper
Directions

1Shred the first 4 ingredients.

2Bring sugar, vinegar, celery seed, turmeric powder, salt and pepper to boil.

3Mix together with cabbage, peppers and onions.
