  • 2 large cans low-salt tomato juice
  • 1 head fine chopped cabbage
  • 2 green peppers
  • 4 or 5 white onions, sliced very thin

    Simmer until vegetables are tender, about 20 minutes, or place everything in crock-pot for 3 or 4 hours.
