- 1 (28 oz.) can tomatoes
- 1 (15 oz.) can peas
- 1 (15 oz.) can carrots
- 1 (16 oz.) can kidney beans
- 1 lb. hamburger
- salt and pepper
- 1 onion
- 1/2 head cabbage (you can add more if needed)
- 1 (15 oz.) can tomato sauce (optional)
Directions

1Open all cans into crock-pot, crushing tomatoes.

2Chop cabbage up into fine, long strips (like cole slaw), adding to crock-pot. Dice onion up.

3Brown hamburger, draining grease off.

4Add to crock-pot.

5Salt and pepper well.

6Crock-pot will appear full, but will cook down as the day rolls on.

7Let cook in crock-pot on low for 6 to 8 hours.
