Ingredients

  • 1 1/2 lb. ground beef
  • 1 head cabbage
  • 1 large can V-8 juice
  • 1 (10 oz.) can Ro-Tel tomatoes
  • 1 can stewed tomatoes
  • 2 cans red kidney beans
  • 2 pkg. Italian dressing
  • 1 small can tomato paste
  • salt and pepper to taste
  • a little garlic (if you desire)

Directions

    Brown ground beef; drain. Chop cabbage. Steam or put in soup raw as you like.

    Combine all other ingredients and bring to a boil. Reduce flame and simmer.
