- onion

- pepper
- 1 qt. tomato soup
- 1 small head shredded cabbage
- 1 to 2 c. canned sauerkraut
Directions

1Boil 2 1/2 pounds pork roast with salt, pepper and onion for 1 hour.

2Add tomato soup and boil one more hour.

3Add one small head of shredded cabbage and sauerkraut; simmer on low heat for another couple of hours.
