Cabbage-Wedge Casserole

  • 1 small cabbage
  • 1 c. chopped onion
  • 1 lb. hamburger
  • 1/4 c. uncooked rice (not Minute)
  • 2 cans canned tomatoes
  • 1 c. hot water
  • 2 tsp. salt
  • 1/8 tsp. pepper and green pepper

Directions

    Cut in wedges of cabbage along with butter.

    Arrange onion, beef and rice between wedges.

    Bring water, salt and pepper to boil and then mix tomatoes together.

    Pour liquid over it.

    Cover in foil and bake at 350° for 1 1/2 hours.
