- 1 whole Lime, Juiced
- 1 Tablespoon Mayonnaise (light Works Great, Too)
- 1 teaspoon Cayenne Pepper
- 1/4 cups Shredded Cheese
- 1 pinch Salt And Pepper, to taste
Directions

1Open and drain the corn.

2Put it into a serving bowl.

3Mix in the lime juice, mayonnaise, cayenne pepper and shredded cheese.

4Add some salt and pepper, to taste.

5If you want some additional kick, add some hot peppers!
