- 1 pizza crust
- 1/4 cup parmesan cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup mozzarella cheese, grated
- 1/4 cup tasty cheese, grated
- Chicken Cacciatore
- 750 g chicken pieces
- 30 g mushrooms
- 1/2 large onion
- 1 garlic clove
- 1 tablespoon oil
- 0.5 (470 g) can whole tomatoes
- 1 bay leaf
- 1/4 cup red wine
- salt
- pepper
Directions

1Chicken Cacciatore:

2Slice mushrooms and onion, crush garlic.

3Heat oil in pan, fry chicken pieces until golden brown.

4Remove from pan, drain well.

5Add onion, mushrooms and garlic to pan, saute until onion is tender.

6Return chicken to the pan, add ndrained, mashed tomatoes, bayleaf and wine.

7Cook slowly, covered, for 45 minutes, or until chicken is tender.

8Remove bay leaf and leave Cacciatore to cool.

9Remove chicken from the bones and shred. Stir back into the sauce.

10Spread 2 cups of chicken cacciatore over the pizza base.

11sprinkle cheeses over the top.

12Bake at 180C for 20 minutes.
