  • 6 x Rose-red cactus pears
  • 2 x -(up to)
  • 3 x Limes Whipped cream

Directions

    Hold cactus with tongs & rinse under cool running water.

    Lay on cutting board, cut off both ends, slit the skin lengthwise, loosed & lay it back.

    Lift out the pulp & put pulp into a small dish.
  4. 4
    Top with whipped cream.
  5. 5
    Put a lime wedge on the rim of the dish & squeeze on the juice as you eat.
