  • 30 ounces, weight Jar Nopales, Drained And Rinsed Well (feel Free To Sub Fresh Nopales)
  • 1 whole Medium White Onion, Diced
  • 4 whole Roma Tomatoes, Diced
  • 1/2 bunches Cilantro, Chopped
  • 1 whole Jalapeno, Diced (dont Remove Seeds)
  • 1/2 teaspoons Cumin
  • 1/2 teaspoons Mexican Oregano
  • 2 whole Limes, Juiced
  • 1/2 cups Cotija Cheese (optional)

    Drain and rinse the nopales in a colander.

    Set them aside in a dish.

    Add the diced onion, tomatoes, cilantro, jalapeno, cumin and oregano to the dish with nopales.

    Mix it well.

    Take the lime juice and pour over the top of the mixture of nopales.

    Sprinkle cheese on top (if desired).
