- 1 tsp. dry mustard
- 1 Tbsp. vinegar
- 1 Tbsp. lemon juice
- 2/3 c. olive oil
- Romaine lettuce

Directions

1Put first six ingredients in a blender and puree.

4Put lettuce, croutons and cheese in bowl; pour dressing over and toss.
