  • 12 cups torn romaine lettuce leaves
  • 6 Tbsp. cholesterol-free egg product
  • 1/4 cup corn oil
  • 1/4 cup lemon juice
  • 1 tsp. GREY POUPON Dijon Mustard
  • 2 cloves garlic, minced
  • 1/4 tsp. ground black pepper
  • KRAFT Grated Parmesan Cheese, optional

Directions

    Place lettuce in large salad bowl; set aside.

    Whisk egg substitute, oil, lemon juice, mustard, garlic and pepper in small bowl, until well blended.

    Pour over lettuce, tossing to coat well.

    Serve with Parmesan cheese if desired.
