Ingredients
- 1 clove garlic, cut
- 1/2 c. olive oil
- 1/2 tsp. Worcestershire
- 1/4 tsp. dry mustard
- 1/4 tsp. paprika
- 1 avocado
- 1 lemon
- 1 tsp. sugar
- 1/2 tsp. salt
- dash of pepper
- 1 1/2 c. crisp croutons
- 1 (11 oz.) can mandarin oranges, drained
- 1 (6 oz.) jar marinated artichoke hearts
- salad greens
Directions

1Drop garlic into half pint jar.

2Add oil, Worcestershire, mustard, paprika, sugar, salt and pepper.

3Let stand several hour. About 10 minutes before serving, discard garlic and pour oil mixture over croutons.

4Break 2 quarts salad greens into bowl. Arrange mandarins, quartered artichoke hearts and sliced avocado on top of greens.

5Bring bowl to table.

6Pour crouton mixture over top and squeeze the juice of the lemon over all.

7Toss gently. Serves 6 to 8.
