- 1 qt. mayonnaise
- 6 eggs
- 1 tsp. curry powder
- 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
- 1 tsp. garlic salt
- 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
- 1/2 c. lemon juice
- parsley
Directions

1Blend eggs in blender; add anchovy paste.

2Add rest of ingredients except mayonnaise and lemon juice.

3Blend well. Empty mayonnaise in large mixing bowl.

4Pour contents of blender over mayonnaise and mix by hand.

5Add lemon juice and parsley. Chill.

6Keep in refrigerator 4 to 6 weeks.

7Serve with croutons.
