  • 1 qt. mayonnaise
  • 6 eggs
  • 1 tsp. curry powder
  • 1 1/2 c. Parmesan cheese
  • 1 tsp. garlic salt
  • 1/2 tsp. anchovy paste
  • 1/2 c. lemon juice
  • parsley

Directions

    Blend eggs in blender; add anchovy paste.

    Add rest of ingredients except mayonnaise and lemon juice.

    Blend well. Empty mayonnaise in large mixing bowl.

    Pour contents of blender over mayonnaise and mix by hand.

    Add lemon juice and parsley. Chill.

    Keep in refrigerator 4 to 6 weeks.

    Serve with croutons.
